General

'How are you going to implement your results so that society can benefit?' is now a standard question that Dutch subsidy providers, such as ZonMw and NWO, ask you to think about. For optimal knowledge utilization, it is important to consider implementation of your results right from the start and throughout your entire research project. This requires a well-thought out implementation plan.

In this education module, you will learn:

  • What knowledge utilization/implementation is;
  • How to effectively support, optimize and evaluate knowledge utilization/implementation in your study design;
  • Tips for writing a knowledge utilization/implementation paragraph for your research proposal.

Esther Leijte, implementation specialist at ZonMw, will join us to elaborate on ZonMw's perspective on implementation.
