APH researcher Cordula Wagner will present the results of the report ‘Monitor Adverse Events in the Hospital’ and will hand over the report to the ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport.
After the presenting of the results of the report ‘Monitor Adverse Events in the Hospital’ a table conversation will take place between the directors of the Nederlandse Vereniging van Ziekenhuizen, Federatie Medisch Specialisten, V&VN (Verpleegkundigen & Verzorgenden Nederland), NFU - Nederlandse Federatie van Universitair Medische Centra en Patiëntenfederatie Nederland.
