This course is intended for PhD students, but there will also be limited spots available for research analysts and post-docs. This is a comprehensive course that covers the fundamentals of flow cytometry analysis and sorting, as well as tissue analysis by means of multiplexed immunohistochemistry and spatial transcriptomics. The course is designed to gain in depth knowledge on general technical aspects of the different techniques and how the different components and their configuration influence data acquisition. Special emphasis is placed on panel design, scientific applications, and data analysis.

Room locations
The course will take place at the Auditorium of the O2 Lab Building. A badge is needed in order to access the Microscopy and Cytometry Core Facility and MCBI’s home base at the 11th floor of the O2 Lab Building.

Costs and registration
