The AGEM retreat is for all AGEM researchers (PhD candidates, post docs, staff members and PIs) of the Amsterdam UMC, that work in the fields of Gastroenterology, Nutrition, Endocrinology and/or Metabolism. The goal of the AGEM retreat is to discuss, share and learn from each other’s research.

Like previous years, you can expect keynote lectures, an out of the box speaker, workshops, PhD candidate/post doc presentations and entertainment.

Costs and registration
Participation is free, but registration is necessary.
PhD candidates:
For attending PhD candidates it is mandatory to submit an abstract or a project plan. You have to submit your abstract / project plan together with your registration.
Post docs:
Post docs are encouraged to also present their work. If you want to present you can submit your abstract during registration.
PI / group leaders:
Principal Investigators and group leaders are very much invited to attend the AGEM retreat:
