Dear test administrator,

Please find all forms and information you need in order to participate as test administrator in the CATNON intergroup trial. At the left, you can find the instructions (six versions) in your language.

To open the documents you will need to use a password. If you don't already have one, please contact me at m.klein@amsterdamumc.nl.
