Human and mouse libraries
We perform whole genome pooled screens for gene discovery, both in isogenic cell lines (WT and KO), and drug treatment setting, using human and mouse libraries. We offer support during the entire pipeline of the screen: helping with the design and optimisation of the screen conditions, performing the screen, sequencing, analysis and interpretation of the results.
