Op 10 september organiseert het Value@WORK onderzoek een live Webinar met als thema: Samen richting Arbeidsgerichte zorg van Waarde!
De zorg verschuift steeds vaker van het ziekenhuis naar de leefomgeving van patiënten. Dit vraagt om nieuwe vormen van samenwerking tussen zorgprofessionals en patiënten. In Nederland groeit de belangstelling voor Waardegedreven zorg (Value-Based Health Care, VBHC), waarbij de focus ligt op het verbeteren van zorgkwaliteit door patiëntervaringen te gebruiken.
Dit webinar markeert de afronding van de eerste fase van het Value@WORK-onderzoek, waarin gekeken is naar het waardevol inrichten van arbeidsgerichte zorg. Daarbij werden patiëntgerichte werkuitkomsten geïdentificeerd en is inzicht verkregen in wat nodig is om de samenwerking tussen verschillende zorgprofessionals te optimaliseren voor passende arbeidsgerichte zorg.
Tijdens het webinar krijgen zorgprofessionals inzicht in het belang van arbeidsgerichte zorg, wat er nodig is voor een integrale netwerkbenadering en hoe optimale waardecreatie binnen de arbeidsgerichte zorg kan worden gerealiseerd. Ook worden de onderzoeksresultaten van vier jaar Value@WORK gedeeld en worden ontwikkelmogelijkheden voor de toekomst besproken.
On September 10, the Value@WORK project is organizing a live webinar with the theme: ‘Together towards Work-focused care of Value!’.
Care is increasingly shifting from the hospital to the living environment of patients. This requires new forms of collaboration between healthcare professionals and patients. In the Netherlands, interest in value-based care (VBHC) is growing, which focuses on improving the quality of care by using patient experiences.
This webinar marks the completion of the first phase of the Value@WORK research, which examines value in work-focused care. In doing so, patient-oriented work outcomes and collaboration between all professionals within work-focused care were considered.
During the webinar, you will gain insight into the bottlenecks in current care and how optimal value creation within work-oriented care can be achieved. The research results of four years of Value@WORK will also be shared and development opportunities for the future will be discussed.
