The week of January 22-26, 2024 is the week of implementation. Amsterdam UMC is hosting sessions on implementation for healthcare providers and researchers this week.

The session for healthcare providers starts with a seminar by Paul Iske. Paul is founder and Chief Failure Officer of the Institute for Brilliant Failures. The institute embraces failure as an important learning opportunity and seeks to challenge society by facilitating and making learning experiences accessible. (https://www.briljantemislukkingen.nl)

We then talk about the 2nd chance counter, an Amsterdam UMC initiative that for the past 2 years has offered projects a 2nd chance for successful implementation with the help of an innovation grant. We will discuss this initiative with Paul and share lessons learned.

In the last part there is room to present your own implementation challenge. Please indicate in your registration if you want to take advantage of this. We will contact you when your challenge is selected.

You can register for the session via this link.

For more information on the sessions for researchers please visit the website of the Dutch Implementation Collective: Week van de implementatie | Nederlands Implementatie Collectief (NIC).
