All Amsterdam UMC PhD Candidates who are doing a PhD Trajectory at the Faculty of Medicine of the UvA or the VU

An evaluation moment to recognize, avoid, and/or minimize potential threats to the progress and quality of PhD projects at an early stage

Halfway your PhD Trajectory (you will be asked to start this procedure via an email, sent from the Doctoral School registration system)

After the Doctoral School receives the completed and signed forms, the procedure will be concluded
