Webinar on the connection between depression and heart disease

In this webinar, organized by the European Society of Cardiology, dr. ir. Femke Lamers and dr. Yuri Milaneschi will speak on biological mechanisms linking depression and cardiometabolic diseases, to create awareness of new research shedding light on the connection between depression and CVD comorbidity.

After watching this webinar, participants will understand that depressive disorders are a very heterogenous condition; biological profiles may differ across depressive subtypes; and immunometabolic forms of depression connect strongly to cardiometabolic disease.
