General
Agenda:
Meso Scale Discovery (MSD) Applications (Dr. Jelle Lindenberg, Account Manager NL, Meso Scale Discovery and Dr. Deborah Decrop, Field Application Specialist, Meso Scale Discovery)
MSD provides a high-throughput sensitive multiplex platform that enables the quantification of proteins across a broad concentration range using electrochemiluminescence (ECL). This presentation will focus on the technology and its applications, particularly for researchers interested in biomarkers.
Application of MSD for Skin Biomarker Analysis in Inflammatory Skin Diseases (Dr. Sanja Kezic, Senior Principal Scientist at Amsterdam UMC)
Dr. Kezic: 'In this presentation I will showcase examples on our research of non-invasive biomarkers for inflammatory skin diseases, determined by mesoscale. I will demonstrate how these biomarkers can be utilized in diagnosis, prediction and monitoring of various skin diseases including atopic dermatitis, contact dermatitis, actinic keratosis, and mycosis fungoides.
Cytokine measurements in Inflammatory Bowel Disease patients' sera and
colon tissue homogenates. (Dr. Ingrid Gaemers, Quality & (pre)clinical project manager, Amsterdam UMC Tytgat Institute)
Lunch will be provided.
