Theme Leveraging dynamic enhancer landscapes to decode macrophage phenotypes in health and disease
Target audience Researchers
Language English

General

Dr. Glass’ primary interests are to understand the mechanisms by which transcription factors, co-activators and co-repressors regulate the development and function of macrophages. By combining genome-wide technologies with molecular, genetic, lipidomic and cell-based approaches he is providing new insights into mechanisms that regulate macrophage gene expression and function that are relevant to inflammatory diseases that include NASH, atherosclerosis and neurodegenerative diseases.
