Each year, the Cancer Center Amsterdam grants awards for the best publication and the best thesis. There is also a clinical impact award granted for (research) projects or products which have resulted in a proven impact on clinical practice in the field of oncology.

In this year’s edition, there will be additional awards for:

  • the best preclinical publication,
  • the best clinical publication,
  • the best preclinical thesis,
  • and the best clinical thesis.

Normally, the awards ceremony for the best publication, thesis and clinical impact is held during the annual Cancer Center Amsterdam retreat. However, due to the COVID-19 situation, it is possible that this year’s awards ceremony will be an online event in 2021. More information about this will follow.
