Recognition & Rewards: academics support broader career paths but see little change so far.

In January of this year, a survey regarding the national Recognition & Rewards program — known as the 'Culture Barometer'— was conducted. The results are now available and can be viewed via the post on Tulp Intranet (in Dutch) and the Committee Talent & Appointments (CTA) website.

Many thanks to everyone who completed the survey. The response rate from Amsterdam UMC was high (12 percent) compared to the national response rate (10.3 percent). Your input gives us a clearer picture of where we stand regarding the implementation of our ambitions and where we can focus our future efforts.
