Guide for Researchers: Confidentiality Disclosure Agreement (CDA)

Download AI&I Business Development Team - 13.09.2024:
Via the link below you can download the CDA guide for Amsterdam UMC researchers. Researchers are responsible for managing these agreements but are not authorized to sign a CDA independently. Only division directors or the Board of Directors can officially sign on behalf of the Amsterdam UMC.

The below guide outlines two scenarios:
1. If an external party provides the CDA, researchers must ensure it meets specific criteria such as governing law and confidentiality terms.
2. If using the Amsterdam UMC CDA template, researchers should customize and submit it for signatures.

For those eager to explore this powerful tool, claim your free account or request additional information by contacting Antoine Mahe (antoine.mahe@inospin.com).
