Experience with the GLORIA trial (EU-Horizon 2020):
double blind randomized trial comparing prednisolon vs placebo in elderly patients with rheumatoid arthritis; 8 countries; 451 patients.
2. Dr. Hanneke Wilmink (Medical Oncology – Cancer Center Amsterdam)
Experience with the NAPAN trial:
Randomized trial comparing the combination of liposomal irinotecan and 5-FU vs liposomal irinotecan and S1 in patients with metastasized pancreas carcinoma, after prior treatment based on gemcitabin; 5 countries, 130 patients.
