On April 11th 2026 ParkinsonNederland and the Parkinson Association will together organize a special meeting day at the occasion of World Parkinson Day. A day to meet eachother, share experiences and to get inspired.
The program will be offered twice, once in the morning and once in the afternoon. There is also a special program for the target audience Young & Parkinson, with active attention to parents and children.
The event will be opened by Petra van der Putten Clauwens and Roy van Brink, both living with Parkinson's disease. Afterwards Bas Bloem will present the keynote about the influence of art on Parkinson, a surprising angle that touches creativity, resilience and meaning.
After the plenary program there will be room for parallel sessions and workshops.
