Qualitative Innovation in Action: Advancing Open Research Through Qualitative Methods

On the 12th of December 2025, we’ll be organising the international symposium “Qualitative Innovation in Action: Advancing Open Research through Qualitative Methods” at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. This one-day event will feature four speakers that will showcaseadvances in Qualitative Open Researchbased on their own work. The symposium will comprise two hybrid plenary talksand two in-person interactive workshops that attendees can choose from. This unique event aims to increase QOR capacity, spark enthusiasm about QOR, and further drive innovation in QOR at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and Amsterdam UMC.
