PR & Public Outreach
The PR & Public Outreach Committee aims to present AI&I clearly and professionally to both current and future members.
We are always looking for ways to improve our communication. Right now, we’re working with a working group on a new AI&I video that will give a lively impression of who we are and what we do. We are also planning an animation to explain how AI&I is organized and to highlight grants, events, and other opportunities for members.
We are making the website more user-friendly by improving the structure and making information easier to find. Through in-depth articles, we shine a light on our main research areas. New members receive a welcome email with all the essential information, and we are developing event templates to ensure our communications always look clear and consistent.
