Affiliation
We ask all Amsterdam UMC, VU Amsterdam, and University of Amsterdam colleagues of Amsterdam Neuroscience to add ‘Amsterdam Neuroscience’ as affiliation in publications. This will improve our brand awareness and recognition of the scientific and societal efforts of Amsterdam.

Sponsorship for meetings
We are happy to support initiatives of meetings that contribute to the profiling of a research theme embedded within Amsterdam Neuroscience. Due to the large number of requests, we have established a number of rules and guidelines to approve sponsorship:
• The request for sponsorship must be submitted no later than 1 month prior to the meeting to be held via ANSdirectie@amsterdamumc.nl.
• The maximum sponsorship amount is set at €1.500.
• The meeting is of a regional, national or international character.
• The meeting is open to Amsterdam Neuroscience researchers and is advertised as such in the call.
• The meeting cannot be paid for from the subsidy budget for the research theme, or this subsidy budget is demonstrably insufficient for the meeting.
• A brief budget has been drawn up for the organization of the meeting, showing which costs are necessary.
• A brief summary of the meeting program is attached.
