Rosalie Bakker went on a work visit to the Rowett Institute, University of Aberdeen, Scotland – United Kingdom from June 30 to August 24, 2025.
My work visit to Aberdeen was highly valuable as it marked the start of a new collaboration between Amsterdam and Aberdeen, including groundwork for a potential joint publication. Additionally, attending the iNutri conference at the University of Aberdeen and engaging with experts expanded my network within nutrition science, particularly in the fields of sustainability and biodiversity. Finally, representing the University of Aberdeen and the Rowett Institute as an ambassador during the Tall Ships Event provided a unique platform to connect research with societal impact.
