On LINDA.nl APH researcher Mai Chin A Paw (professor of Social Medicine, in particular Child Health & Care at Amsterdam UMC) gives five tips (in Dutch) to improve the daily movement frequence of young people. “Movement leads to a happier life, you’ll get fit, your bone strength will increase, your social contacts will increase and you’ll sleep better”.
A recently published article revealed that the motor system of primary school children has decreased over the last years. Sports can help to increase the development in this period.
