What problems do you encounter while implementing in healthcare? The Dutch Implementation Collective (NIC) maps implementation problems, on behalf of ZonMw, as part of the development of an implementation research agenda. This research agenda is part of a larger exploration for an implementation knowledge program within ZonMw.

We need your input and therefore ask you to provide a maximum of 10 knowledge gaps that you experience when implementing innovations, interventions, guidelines etc. within the context in which you work. As an APH researcher you have the opportunity to use this questionnaire to submit your knowledge gaps that may subsequently be investigated in this new implementation knowledge program.

Participation will take you 5 to 15 minutes. The deadline for submission is December 18, 2021.
