Focus of research

My research is part of the ITEA4 Symphony project. I am currently working on conduction velocity calculation from electroanatomical maps taken during catheter ablation of AF patients. Additionally, I am applying unsupervised dimensionality reduction and clustering techniques to AF patient data.
