The Tata Steel Academic Collaborative Center aims to prevent and/or reduce health problems among employees of TATA Steel. This is a collaboration of HR and the health and safety department.

- Contribution to basic medical training, e.g. supervision by, among others, occupational experts employed by Tata Steel

- Implementation of conversation method for occupational experts in communication with employees with limitation in work and their supervisors

- Development and evaluation of lifestyle interventions and interventions to enable employees to return to work in a healthy and sustainable manner in the event of absence
Established in 2011.
There is structural cooperation. A collaboration agreement has been signed with the partners.
