31 researchers who have recently received their PhDs can do their research at foreign research institutes thanks to a Rubicon grant from NWO. The Rubicon programme gives young, highly promising researchers the opportunity to gain international research experience.
One of these talented researchers is Anne Steins. She will visit the Australian National University, College of Health and Medicine for 2 years. She will study how cellular stress facilitates ungranted cancer cell survival and if this can be inhibited.
