The overall aim of the Ageing & Vitality Program of Amsterdam Movement Sciences is to understand the interaction between (mechanisms of) age-related physiological decline and movement behaviour, towards tailored interventions to optimize mobility and vitality outcomes. For the year 2022, the Program has a budget of 40 k€ to facilitate two innovative projects of 20 k€ each. The aim of the call is to strategically strengthen collaboration from fundamental mechanisms to clinical applications with the theme. The scheduled project starting date for the research grant proposals accepted in this 2022 round is September 2022. Note the deadline for this call for proposals: Sunday May 8, 2022, 12 pm (CET).
