Marc van der Valk (internist-infectiologist and head of the HIV Outpatient Clinic) will become the president of Stichting HIV Monitoring (SHM) as of 1 April 2021. He is succeeding Peter Reiss (Professor of Internal Medicine) who is retiring after eight years as director of SHM.
