Focus of research
My research interests lie at the intersection of medicine for older people and philosophy of medicine.
As PhD candidate, I am coordinating the INCLUIS project. INCLUIS is a participatory action research project that focuses on older people living in long-term care facilities with decision-making disabilities. Our research team investigates how these older adults make decisions about their well-being, care, and treatment, and how their involvement in the decision-making process can be optimized.
