Dear PhD students, post-docs and master students of ACS (and all other interested),
Following up on our previous career and talent meeting in October 2025, we now shift our focus to four alumni and colleagues of Amsterdam UMC that have pursued their careers largely outside of academic research and are now working in different, but related domains (Industry, Funding, Teaching and Valorisation).
They will speak about their career path and choices to provide you all with a different perspective on life beyond academic research. The talks will be ~ 15 min. with 5 min. discussion and will be followed by informal drinks so that you can approach the speakers with any questions you might have.
