Charlotte Albers went on a work visit to the Institute of Nursing Science from September 8 to October 3, 2025.
"This work visit gave me the opportunity to use data from and collaborate with a foreign research group that has a research goal that is comparable to the goal of my PhD project. It taught me that we encounter very similar problems in improving quality of care in nursing homes by using (quality indicator) data. Living and working in another country gave me a lot of confidence about my social skills and all the things that I have learned in the first three years of my PhD trajectory." - Charlotte Albers
