How aware are you of the ethical and legal frameworks surrounding vulnerability when conducting research?

It can be difficult to involve people with vulnerabilities in (medical) scientific research or practice-oriented research. This much should be clear when you read the messages below. This new SIG focuses on the theme of vulnerability when conducting research. How can you, as a researcher - within APH Quality of Care - take the theme of vulnerability into account during all phases of your research (not just when selecting participants)? And also do justice to the knowledge and skills of the people your research focuses on?

This starts when you write your research application. But it also plays a role in collecting data, analyzing data and writing reports and/or articles. Do you also take vulnerability, power relations, social justice and (human) rights into account?
