This evolving infrastructure promotes the FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Reusable) principles and supports cross-cohort collaboration and innovation.
Data Catalogue
The ACH Data Catalogue provides a central overview of all participating cohort studies, including study characteristics, participant profiles, and measured domains, to help researchers identify relevant datasets for secondary analyses and collaboration.
The first version, developed in collaboration with Molgenis/UMCG, already includes general metadata for all cohorts. More detailed information will be added gradually.
(Status: the catalogue is currently being expanded; not all cohorts are visible yet.)
Data Access Procedures
Researchers will soon be able to follow a harmonized and transparent data-access procedure via ACH. This process is being designed to ensure efficiency, data security, and full compliance with legal and ethical standards (GDPR, METC).
