General
The goal of this meeting is to bring together both junior and senior researchers, who study metabolism on a translational level. The meeting focuses on bridging the gap from fundamental research to application in humans and treatment of disease. Themes covered in this meeting include interplay of metabolic organs, cardiovascular health, neuro-endocrinology, gut microbiome and body metabolism, innovation, and more. We are once again grateful for the support from the community, including financial support from our sponsors.
Our confirmed keynote speakers are:
- Prof. Dr. Amalia Gastaldelli (Italy)
- Prof. Dr. Jens Brüning (Germany)
- Prof. Dr. Christoph Maack (Germany)
- Prof. Dr. Karine Clément (France)
- Prof. Dr. Theodore Alexandrov (USA)
In addition to these renowned researchers, we also provide a platform for junior scientists to present their research. Based on submitted abstracts we will select junior scientists to present their work in oral and/or poster presentations. We invite abstracts from researchers at all career stages, including Master students. If more fitting, submission of a research plan is also welcome, instead of a traditional results-based study. Deadline for the abstract submission is April 1st, 2025.
They are also accepting late-breaking abstracts, which will be automatically considered for a poster presentation. Submit your late-breaking abstract via: info@translationalmetabolism.nl
Deadline for the normal registration is April 30th, 2025.
