Focus of research
Ànnemiek Dols runs, as psychiatrist, a specialized clinic for older people with bipolar disorder. She cooperates with several fellow medical docters, neuropsychologists and community nurses to build strong multidisciplinary networks for better patient en research results. Furthermore, she is a consultant for the Alzheimer Center in Amsterdam. Annemiek's interest are mood disorders complicated by somatic or cognitive symptoms, neuropsychiatry and electroconvulsive therapy.
