    Neuronal resilience to tau aggregation by granulovacuolar degeneration vesicles Researchers from the Molecular Neurodegeneration and Functional Genomics laboratory of Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and Amsterdam UMC have published a study on neuronal resilience in relation to tau pathology in the journal Science Advances. Their work describes a previously unknown intrinsic resilience mechanism that protects neurons against tau aggregation.
