Amsterdam UMC is proud to announce the launch of a new Female Talent Program, starting in February 2025. This leadership program is designed for women who have completed their PhD and/or specialization and have several years of experience as assistant or associate professors, or medical specialists.
The program aims to support women in advancing their careers and strengthening their leadership skills. It aligns with Amsterdam UMC's long-term diversity strategy, which aims to increase the number of female professors and department heads by 2030.
