The dates for the AGEM PhD candidate course for 2025 are:
- Tuesday January 21st - Friday January 24th
- Monday January 27th - Wednesday January 29th
#1: AMC main building, K (Tuesday 21st), easiest to use entrance 2
#2: HvA building (Wednesday 22nd, Friday 24th, Wednesday 29th), 10 minute walk from station Holendrecht
#3: AMC main building, C (Thursday 23rd), easiest to use entrance 1

Registration
The AGEM PhD candidate course is free of charge, but registration is required. The registration deadline is January 8th, 2025.
Schedule
The course runs for 7 days:
- During the first day, all participants will get an introduction to the course and the three research programs of AGEM
- The next three days, all participants will get more specialized lectures to get an overview of general insights and methodology applicable to gastroenterology, endocrinology and metabolism.
- The last three days will be spend on a group assignment.

Group assignment
In this assignment you have to write a project proposal with your group. The first day of the course the assignment will be explained. The last day of the course you will pitch your project proposal to the group.

The AGEM PhD candidate course accounts for 1,8 ECTS.
