Inaugural lecture Professor Hilde Herrema highlights role of gut microbiome in cardiometabolic health On Friday 18 September, Prof. Hilde Herrema will deliver her inaugural lecture at the Oude Lutherse Kerk in Amsterdam. With this lecture, she formally accepts her professorship at Amsterdam UMC and presents her vision on the role of the gut microbiome in cardiometabolic health.
