In this final step we will provide you with some tips and tricks on how to publish your final results and archive your study.

Once the results of the analysis are ready and you’ve finished your report there are several involved parties you should inform.

There is also the possibility of publishing your results, i.e. through an article in a scientific journal. Journals require that the results that are presented in the article or manuscript and can always be reproduced. Be aware that in case you want to commercialise or patent your research results, publishing too early could harm your chances of successfully doing so.

After publication/reporting it is necessary to arrange the archiving of the study as a hardcopy or electronic. All study documents must be retained for a certain period of time after completion of the entire study, according to the applicable legislation and regulations.
