Focus of research
My research profile is T-shaped, combining broad expertise in hospital psychiatry and integrated care with a specialized focus on Women's Mental Health. While my research encompasses affective disorders across diverse medical conditions and healthcare settings, my primary expertise lies in understanding and improving the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of affective disorders associated with female-specific life stages. This includes pregnancy (and its transgenerational effects on offspring), the postpartum period, and the menopausal transition.
