According to the 'Volmachtregeling - Amsterdam UMC' only division directors and/or the Board of Directors on behalf of Amsterdam UMC are entitled to sign the research agreements.

Documents submitted directly to the Board of Directors for approval and signatures must be send to rvb.contracten@amsterdamumc.nl accompanied by a cover sheet.

Amsterdam UMC Research BV

For agreements that are administered by Amsterdam UMC Research BV only the board of RS+ is entitled to sign research agreements. Please seek advice of your project controller or your financial advisor regarding the procedure.

Please note that LRS contractrouting does not provide support to the signing process of agreements that are not reviewed by Legal Research Support.
